Rohto for the eyes

So yeah, I follow Ironman stuff. I look at the vids on youtube and get the updates from Ironman.com and I notice that some of the top guys and gals are sponsored by big companies to raise their product awareness. Fine, cool. Get the word out. As an age grouper, I can't afford to buy the latest deep wheel sets or carbon frames but I can buy stuff that is relatively cheap and that aids in my comfort during a long event or training session.
Anyway, I am looking at Belinda Granger's bio and website and notice that she is using Rohto eye drops. Eye drops??? Yeah, spend hours in the pool or surf, even with goggles and have fun with your eyes. So I bit. I went to the website and checked it out and then went to the local CVS and bought a box. Result: Radness!!! Yes, it lubs the eyes. Yes, it kills redness. But what it also does is give a little kick when you drop it in. Wow!!! I am using the "ice" version and it is great.
Even with the best goggles you get some leak. Eyes get bummed. Have fun on your ride with red and dry eyes. It took me just a few seconds to get a few drops in during a T1 rehearsal. Just keep it in your Bento Box.
"Your just using it because an Ironman is using it". Uhh, yeah. It does a heck of a lot more than a yellow rubber band around your wrist.
